北欧デンマークでの生活から見えてきた「Care Alternative（ケア・オルタナティブ）」を軸に、道具・対話・デザイン・建築を通じて、社会に新しいケアの選択肢を提示していきます。
私たちにとって Care Alternative は、ひとつの完成されたコンセプトではなく、日々の実践から生まれる「試み」です。

私たちの活動は、単にケアを提供することにとどまらず、その過程から自然に立ち上がる“もうひとつの要素”を大切にしています。

ケアがもたらす副次的な豊かさや気づきを「オルタナティブ」として育み、日常をより自由に、安心して、自分らしく生きるための新しい道をつくっていきます。

 

2018年に宮田尚幸が個人事業「尚工藝」として活動を始め、2021年に法人化。現在は夫婦ふたりで「風と地と木 合同会社」を営んでいます。
社名「風と地と木」には、新鮮な風を取り入れるように新しいアイデアや動きを試みること。次世代に続くよい土壌を耕すように対話を重ね理解を深めること。そして、木を育むように長い年月をかけて個々の可能性を引き出すこと、という思いを込めています。

私たちは領域を横断し、人びととの協働を通じて、新しい日常をつくるケアのオルタナティブを重ねていきます。

Rooted in our life experience in Denmark, we embrace “Care Alternative” as the core of our work.
Through tools, dialogue, design, and architecture, we seek to offer society new possibilities for care.
For us, Care Alternative is not a finished concept, but an ongoing attempt born from daily practice.

Our activities go beyond simply providing care.
We value the “something extra” that naturally emerges in the process — the richness and awareness that care brings.
By nurturing these as alternatives, we aim to create new pathways for living more freely, safely, and authentically.

In 2018, Naoyuki Miyata began this work as a sole proprietorship, “Shoko-gei,” and in 2021 it was incorporated.
Today, Wind, Earth & Wood LLC is run by us as a husband-and-wife team.
The name embodies our wish: to bring in fresh winds as new ideas and movements, to cultivate the soil of dialogue for deeper understanding, and to nurture the growth of each individual’s potential as one would care for a tree.

Across disciplines, and in collaboration with diverse people, we continue to build Care Alternatives that shape a new everyday life.
